The N is the position in the part number that calls out the inductor's tolerance.
K = +/-10%
L = +/-15%
M = +/-20%
N = review data sheet - an N can mean +/-25%, +/-30%, +/-35% depending on the inductor.
This speicification is not something that can be stipulated. Certain inductors have a specific tolerance, and that is the only way they are provided.

The C stands for Chip Carrier Tape and Reel. We at HK Components will cut reels, but the part number will still show a C on the paperwork.
